What happens to my price when the founding rate ends?
Nothing changes. If you sign up during the founding period, you're locked in at $20/month forever — as long as you remain a customer. Only new customers signing up after the cutoff pay $49/month.
Why are you doing this?
Two reasons. First, we're early — and early customers who take a chance on us deserve to be rewarded permanently. Second, the founding rate lets us build a real base of customers whose feedback shapes what CharityPack becomes.
What if I cancel and re-subscribe later?
The founding rate is tied to continuous subscription. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you'd sign up at the then-current rate. Don't cancel.
Is there really only one paid tier?
Yes. We think tier confusion is a scam. You get everything, or you use the free tier. That's it.
Can I switch from Free to Founding later?
Yes — as long as the Founding period is still open. Upgrade any time from your account settings.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your data is yours — you can export your contacts and donation history, so you're never locked in.
